What You’ll Deliver You’ll guide a mixed or paediatric caseload while providing clinical mentorship to Speech Pathologists within the MDT. Your experience will help shape service quality, client outcomes, and team development. Caseload may include: Voice: Speech production Language: Understanding & expressive communication Speech sound development Literacy: Reading, comprehension, writing Fluency: Including stuttering Swallowing: Assessment & safe mealtime practices You will support clients who may struggle to communicate, feel misunderstood, or experience mealtime challenges.
